"Very accessible to public transport, a huge park with lots of walking trails and grocery stores. Very Quick response from the property manager (very friendly and understanding) when we had concerns and needed to make arrangements. She’s very communicative and helpful - The apartment is very clean, equipped with essential items for our stay."

"We loved our stay at the Altstadt! It's small but so lovely and we had a wonderful time. Super friendly staff and the breakfast options were great. The only downside to mention is that while there is an elevator, you still need to go up a couple of stairs to enter the hotel and then a couple more to get to the elevator. Just something to think about regarding accessibility."

"Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean."

Staff were were helpful. You can get tickets to lindt factory on the day even (most times) though it was not available online. Breakfast was good though not a great selection for vegetarians. "Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. "I stayed at Harry’s Home because it appeared to be in Old Town Zurich. However, the property is 45 minutes from Zurich Center on public transit. In car, the trip takes between 20 to 25 minutes. I thought it was a good deal. However, when you add the time spent in public transit and the cost, it wasn’t for me.
