This place feels more like a college dorm than a hotel. While the front desk staff are polite, that is where the positives end. The management appears extremely cost-cutting, which is difficult to justify for a property marketed as a 4-star hotel. Basic amenities are missing—there is no fridge, kettle, coffee machine, or even complimentary water in the room. For families or anyone traveling with children, this is a very poor choice.
The hotel heavily promotes itself as environmentally friendly, yet its practices suggest the opposite. By not providing basic in-room amenities, guests are forced to use the shared “galley” on each floor for coffee and tea, where only disposable cups are available. This means every single drink results in unnecessary waste. Instead of reducing environmental impact, this system increases landfill waste and seems more like a cost-saving strategy than a genuine sustainability effort. A truly eco-conscious hotel would provide reusable (glass) options and in-room amenities to minimize waste, not shift the burden onto guests.
Additionally, there was no water provided in the room, and I noticed mold in the shower—both unacceptable for a hotel at this price point and rating. Cleanliness and basic comfort should be non-negotiable, especially for a property claiming 4-star standards.
Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The star rating should be reconsidered—at best, this is a 3-star property and does not deliver a 4-star experience.
