"Yes and yes. Staff was courteous and polite. My room had a leak coming from the ceiling and shower head needed to be changed. I informed management, but they didn't respond. But overall it was very good. I love the quite and pleasant atmosphere even with all the construction going on at this site "

"The staff was excellent. Our window faced the courtyard so we didnt here highway noise as others mentioned. The reviews about breakfast were way off. They have more than a typical continental breakfast. They had cooked waffles & Pancakes also.Breakfast was pretty good. The only negative was the small room size which is typical with the modern low- mid end hotels. "

"The ac kept the room cool. The walls are thin so you will hear everything if people are loud. We got unlucky and there a few guests who were yelling in the middle of the night. Remote controls were hard to maneuver as they vary in each room. Other than that the stay was decent for out short trip."

"Do NOT stay here!. The picture of the room on Expedia that we paid for does not match the room that we were assigned to. We had to cram into a tiny room for five nights and ended up leaving a day early because it was so unbearable. We all got no sleep and it ruined our trip. No help from the hotel staff in trying to remedy the situation. Will be reporting them to the BBB for false advertising "

"The hotel remains under renovation, and there were some technical difficulties that caused someone to cancel their reservation altogether. The keys did not work but staff said it should be fine now. However, I do not blame the staff, since they just work there and we’re all human. The room was mostly clean, my bed was comfortable and my stay was fine otherwise. I look forward to coming back when the hotel is fully renovated."

"The rooms are nothing like what was shown on the website. Two people staying in a room they only gave us one washcloth. The shower did not work correctly. The water pressure was extremely low and the water did not dispense like a rain shower. It was more like a faucet. The parking lot was not available. This hotel was subpar. Do not waste your time."

"I’ll start by saying the location was convenient, especially being close to the subway. However, that was about the only positive. The surrounding area felt dirty, and while the staff was friendly enough, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was uncomfortable. The entire building constantly smelled like weed and just downright terrible. There were no fresh options at all no fruit, no juice, and very limited variety. This fell well below the basic expectations for a hotel breakfast."

"Nice facility located in walkable neighborhood. No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall. Have stayed once before and will use again. I think that it's best features are room size and shower. I rate them a solid five stars on those features. "
