"Take some time to wash the exterior of the cabins. "

"Such a beautiful place with a beautiful view. It was exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. Boat launch was usable even with the water being very low and it was very nice having a boat lift to use in the event of windy weather. We definitely recommend this place! "

"Property was nice, clean & spacious. We loved the outdoor screened in patio and the men loved the boat dock. We were close to the beach and we loved the cool water & even swam by boat dock. We were able to check in 3 hours earlier which was a plus we would definitely recommend this property."

"We had an awesome stay at this cabin. It was spacious, neat & quiet. We enjoyed local restaurants, grocery stores & going fishing which was all less than 10 minutes away. You can also fish behind the property in a small creek, whenever the water tide is high enough. The host was polite, attentive, & answered all of our questions. Thanks again. Jennifer JG."

"Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!"
