Coastal Days - quiet relaxing getaway

Come and enjoy the relaxing pace of this quaint coastal town, Leeman.

This bright and airy 3x2 house is perfect for an affordable family holiday.

Sit back and relax on the front and back decks.

The house is located on the same street as the new boat ramp - you can see it from the driveway! It is opposite bushland and is only a minutes walk to the ocean. Coastal Days is a perfect base to explore the turquoise coast.

The main bedroom has a king bed, there is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 sets of bunks in the 3rd. There is a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and the other two have pedestal fans.

The property has two bathrooms, all containing WC, along with a separate WC off the laundry.

The large open plan kitchen and dining area is a light space with high pitched ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

There is an in wall air conditioner in the main living area and multiple ceiling fans making it comfortable regardless of the season, along with a wood fire for the cooler months.

This property is pet friendly for responsible owners.

The backyard and front yard are both fully enclosed for kids and pets. There is plenty of room behind the front gates for cars and boats too.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

There's an air hockey table and games for everyone to enjoy.

If required, a ramp at the back of the house is available for wheelchair access.

Please note: Linen and towels are included for the king and queen beds. There is an additional charge of $20 per bed for the single beds - this is a one off fee. Please mention when booking if this is required. On request, a portable cot can also be set up.

Doonas and pillows are supplied.

Walk to the end of the street and fish off the jetty or across the road and fish off the rocks.

Grab some fish and chips and sit back and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

Check out the tranquil beaches and rugged coastline.

The property was ideal for a fishing trip away. It was a very short walk to the new boat ramp and the front yard is large enough to park a sizeable boat and a few cars. Hoses were available to give the boat and rods a quick clean down. There was a full size fridge inside and a large fridge and seperate freezer on the verandah. A good size BBQ was also available. The back yard is secure for dogs and the front yard is also good for non jumping dogs (gated but fence is only waist height). The kitchen, dining and lounge were spacious and there was basic supplies like milk frother, pod machine salt pepper cling wrap, garbage bags, cleaning items etc. The laundry had washing and drying facilities and a third toilet. there was an air hockey table in front room and heaps of games in the cupboard which the kids loved.The beds were very comfy.The place had everything we needed for the family and found Leeman to be a lovely place to stay. We hope visit again sometime!

Great location. Walked the dogs everyday at the bush land across the road. Fished off the jetty, Visited local towns and beaches. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare home cooked meals, multiple fridges for storage and plenty of entertaining space.We all loved our stay and can't wait to visit again, thank you!

Midweek Marvel

Such a beautiful and spacious house. Leeman is a gorgeous spot for a quiet midweek break but one the things we enjoyed most was just sitting on the veradah watching the abundant birdlife. The house was fabulous. Plenty of space for everyone to be xomfortable.feveryocomfortable

Great stay for a family

The property is spacious. The house is comfortable and cosy. A nice quiet location, great for kids to play in the yard and ride bikes on the road. Not too far to walk/ride to the park and shops. It had all we needed. Ideal location if taking a boat. Boat ramp is about 100m away on the same street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Costal Days House.

Great Holiday House

Perfect Family House

Our close family members recently returned to Leeman for a Memorial Service and Coastal Days was the perfect house for all of us to stay and spend quality time together. It could have been a stressful time, but we were all relaxed and comfortable and it set the tone for the weekend. Very happy to highly recommend Coastal Days.

Cozy place in a nice quiet location with close beach access. We enjoyed the wii, and fireplace however wish there were batteries for all the remotes (they were all dead), and a dog water bowl.

Fantastic property in great location!

We absolutely loved our stay. Such a great location and lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable property. Owners were lovely to communicate with and very accommodating. Property had large, well maintained and secure gardens for our puppy and kids loved the trampoline and air hockey! Lovely beaches close by too. We will be back!
