"The begin with the owners were not around during the check-in process (I believe they had a family emergency) but we did finally find someone to get us access. The cabin was full of cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere (this is expected somewhat since it's a cabin but this was more than just a few). Overall the cabin was in pretty good shape which was the biggest thing for us. The entire grounds were NOTHING like the photos (old photos) and needed to be mowed / weeded very badly. "The rooms were great had all the needs one could hope for. Surprised me with a decent gym option and all the equipment worked. Laundry you have to pay for but $3 to wash & dry full load is understandable. Location is great about 2 min from walmart & if going to base about 8-10 minutes. Definitely a hidden gem if doing long term stays & looking for something remotely close to normal life. "

"The Cabin was absolutely beautiful. The scenery is peaceful and beautiful. It was clean and the decor was homey and inviting. Coffee bar was well stocked and offered a great variety of our tastes. The bedroom sheets were so soft and pleasant to sleep on. I highly recommend staying there. We will definitely stay there again. "

"I booked this cabin for my parents to have a weekend getaway. They enjoyed it so much. They enjoyed some of the old antiques that were there for viewing and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Wayne was very helpful, considerate and accommodating. Would reccommend for that need some time to get away. "
