"Clean well laid out and comfortable room. Good sized fridge, lots of well placed sockets and a large bathroom made it an easy stay. We found easy parking nearby in public car parks. Helpful staff and we would stay there again."

"The room was spacious, large beds, ensuites and a lovely big living space. The lighting was a bit dim, more lamps would be good. Small things didnt work well, ie, no bedside lights, front door wouldnt lock (except for the yale), a bulb was out, we scouldnt get the phone to reception to work and wifi didnt work either. Some of the blinds need fixing too. However, lovely linen, comfy beds, great location and quiet. "

"Breakfast was ok, staff really good friendly and helpful but the property leaves a lot to be desired. Very dated and in real need of modernisation. We booked a room with a 4 poster bed then on arrival were told we had a free upgrade to a 4 poster room.... Strange seeing as that's what we requested anyway. Room was at best ok. "We loved the rooms and the hotel. It is in a great location and there is good underground parking albeit £20 pn. Some of the rooms and areas are starting to look a little bit tatty in places. The chair I sat on in the dining area was quite disgusting. It was covered in stains. I would not bother with the breakfast. It is really terrible.
