"Great location in the town of Leadville. Close to Main Street so walking anywhere is very easy. Beautiful view from the front door! Clean and comfy! Great bathroom. Would recommend to any group of 1-2 people needing a nice stay."

"We loved our stay! We really liked the historic feel of the building, and the location was great, very easy to access Main Street and the Mineral Belt Trail, which we ran on in the morning. The owner was very responsive; we asked about getting a smoke detector fixed because it had been chirping throughout the night, and she had a maintenance guy at our door in 15 minutes. We were so pleased with how quickly she was able to help us with that. The unit was well-kept, clean, and comfortable,...

"The cabin was probably nice in itself. I wouldn’t know because I never checked in My concern was the property. Poorly maintained and very trashy outside. I did go into the office and it was filthy. Whoever was running the place that I talked to was poorly dressed also. I’m in no way trying to condemn his attire. It could very well be all he had. I’m just saying, that he wasn’t dressed as management and the property matched"

"The cabin was very clean. If we had a question it was answered quickly by the host. It was a very quiet area and convenient to town. Private parking area, specifically for our cabin. The motion detector lights were nice when you needed to take your fur baby out after dark. We had plenty of linen, and the frig had water and sparkling seltzer to drink. The goody bag was nice too. All in all, it was a pleasurable stay."

"We were told that it would be ok to check in late. We thougt someone would be on site. It was late and dark. No one was there and office was closed. We didn't have any instructions to get in. We had to rent a room at another hotel for the night. It was 3 1/2 hours into the next day that we finally has a maitenance man show us where the key was. This was after several calls. She said that she had sent check in information after we made reservation. We did not get it. We loved the unit we rented....
