"This place was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Daily they changed out the towels and emptied the trash. The room was spacious and the kitchen had needed items for preparing meals. I liked the electric room darkening shutters on the windows made to excellent sleeping. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern.
The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

"Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less."

"Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for."

"We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

"Armando und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und wir konnten uns von Beginn an wie Zuhause fühlen in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Entspannung pur beim Grillen auf der schattigen Terrasse, planschen im eigenen Pool oder genießen des Sonnenuntergangs mit musikalischer Begleitung durch Grillenkonzerte. "Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit lauer Köstlichkeiten wie frische Tomaten, ein Topf Basilikum, Pizza, Kaffee und Wein auf dem Tisch empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und frei auf dem Gelände gefühlt. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Die Vermieter bewohnen den Rest des Hauses und sind jederzeit für Fragen oder Tipps verfügbar. Barbara hat uns lauter Tipps für Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants aufs Handy geschickt. Ihr Hund, der sich frei auf dem Gelände bewegt, hat uns gerne besucht. Morgens...

"Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world).
Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie.
Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro.
Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo "

"We had an amazing stay at the house. Its a great, very relaxing location in the foot hills, with a cute town close by and other activities. The town is not really walkable given the roads. We enjoyed the house, cooked on the outdoor grill twice (was a great experience), and used the pool daily. "
