Bien situado y bien comunicado. Habitación correcta y buen desayuno. Había más de 22 grados de temperatura y en la habitación no se podía configurar el aire acondicionado, estaba puesto en modo calefacción. He tenido que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Almohadas incómodas.

Over-and-above excellent service from front-desk personnel. Mme. Laurence made special efforts to secure wheelchair assistance for my wife in transit from hotel to the nearby Lyon airport. Cannot commend her more highly.
