"This house met our families needs perfectly. We spent two days at sesame place and it was a short drive as the description says. The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. "This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. "My family stayed here for a wedding in newtown. What a lovely apartment! It was a rainy cooler june weekend so we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor space as much but parts of the patio/deck was covered which was great. The pingpong table and some porch areas needed a sweep but otherwise it was delightful, clean, cozy. We’d stay here again. "

"New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! "

"Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. "

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

" The house was comfortable for our group of 12 with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen well-organized for a family who likes to cook, flexible seating and eating areas and a large family room with bar in the back. "This cottage is a gem! It is a quiet and peaceful place to stay only 5 minutes from downtown Doylestown. The hosts thought of every possible amenity, even having our favorite breakfast items and homemade baked goods waiting for us! We woke to a deer grazing near the pond and a buck laying in the woods just beyond our deck. I will definitely be looking to come back here if we are in the area again."
