"Hotel in una posizione lontana da tutto e da tutti ma era esattamente quello che stavamo cercando. Camera spaziosa e bagno enorme. Colazione ottima inclusa nel presso sia quella continentale che la full Scottish breakfast. Parcheggio disponibile davanti o nelle vicinanze della struttura. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante dell’hotel."

"Receptionists on arrival and departure very obliging and helpful giving my wife and I an upgraded room as there was one available. All staff polite and made sure all was to our satisfaction. Dinner menu was such that there was a good choice, all reasonably priced and cooked / presented to a high standard. Likewise for breakfast. Good touring base and would recommend."

"We can’t say enough good things about our two night stay. Staff were so incredibly welcoming, kind and thoughtful. We had dinner the first night and wished we could have done the second too but had theatre tickets. Food was 5* both in flavour and presentation. We had the pleasure of meeting Ann the owner over dinner and the chef that evening , Charlie. Post dinner we sat by the fire where front of house immediately added more firewood. "We stayed for 2 nights. This was by far our favourite stay on our 2 week Scotland holiday. This Inn feels so luxurious and is truly top notch. I cannot say enough about the restaurant. My goodness, Michelin level food and service! Truly! The detail put in to our rooms furnishings and decor was gorgeous. And the staff are a level above the rest. Incredible."

"Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again."
