"My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. The house, grounds and pool area are stunning and the location along the sea was incredible. Magic sunsets every evening. We chose to walk everywhere for restaurants and groceries but renting a car would be something we would do next time. Thanks to Leah and Massimiliano at L’Abbraccio just down the hill for being perfect neighbours. "

"The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty. "

"Overall, the property was better than we expected. The outdoor kitchen was a great place for lunches and we had coffee by the pool every morning. The gift basket they left for us was a great surprise, pasta, sauce, coffee, sugar, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for better hosts."

"We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

"La chambre est superbe, grande (très grand lit) et avec un énorme balcon !Problème : la salle demain se trouve à l’extérieur de la chambre (porte d’en face).Il n’y a pas de cuisine, il y a un séjour en bas avec tables et canapés seulement.Localisation : à moins de 20 min en voiture de l’aéroport Ciampino / à 20 min à pied de la gare avec un départ de train qui va dans le centre de Rome (50min de train)…Communication : parfaite communication"

"Wir waren 14 Nächte im schönen Ferienhaus mitten im Olivenhain. Das Haus ist schlicht und rustikal, genau wie wir es wollten. Super war, dass es eine fantastische Klimaanlage hat, die wir bei den Temperaturen wirklich gut gebrauchen konnten. Der Pool war war ein Genuss, das Wasser sauber und zur Alleinbenutzung. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und wunderschön und trotzdem eingezäunt. An der Tischtennisplatte hatten alle viel Spaß! Der Vermieter war sehr sehr nett und hat uns mit diversen Tipps und...
