"Good location, great view, great space. Couple of things let it down. You can see they do a clean between visitors but there is no sign of deep cleans. So much dust/stains. Seeing all that dust meant I didn’t trust the kitchen to be clean and only used it to make a cup of tea after washing the cup. It might have been clean but maybe it wasn’t. It is a bit of a shock when you walk into the property as there is low light and black walls with intense looking faces. Felt unsafe on initial approach....

"We loved our stay here in Launceston. The accommodation was fantastic, beautifully clean and well presented. One of the things I was most nervous about coming to Launceston in autumn was that I would be very cold but this accommodation had excellent heating and I was toasty warm inside. We are keen to come back and would absolutely book this accommodation again."

"The location was great for our family and the apartment was very spacious. The only issues I have was the people above us walking very heavy-footed so hearing every step right throughout the night. The chiming of the clock tower also kept me up (which is not the hotel's fault)."
