"I stayed for seven nights at the Launceston Central Apartment Hotel, which is close to the shopping area and convenient for public transport.
Communication with the staff was excellent and both check in and check out went smoothly.
The accommodation offered a clean room, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a laundry facilities.
The room temperature worked fine for me, so I did not use air conditioning.
I did not drive, so I did not use the car park."

"I booked a two-bedroom cabin for four adults. Upon check-in, the lady there assigned me a one-bedroom cabin. I questioned this by showing the booking details in my Expedia account, the lady didn't admit mistake and take responsibility, saying they received booking from Expedia for one adult only. In checking the cabin, I realised the cabin was not in ready for use condition, no sheets, no toiletries.
Tje cabin can't fit in 4 adults in a very cold night, I was not provided any solution, then had...
