"Everything was good. The only problem was they need to do better with the check-in process. I had to stand in line for 1 hour to complete the process."

"The TV in the room did not work. We called to have it fixed for separate occasions. They sent a maintenance man to our room at 3:30 in the morning. The property itself is pretty rundown paint peeling in the elevators. Some of the electrical boxes in the elevators are not covered."

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel
"Hotel is new and nice but casino lacks ambiance. Restaurants are great but service is only so-so. In mother wolf for example we had a terrible experience with the server bringing us the check when we were still ordering. It guess they needed the table but was a turn off they did that. Overall I believe ..."
