"We had a wonderful stay at the Jingshan Garden Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They assisted us in securing reservations for the National Art Museum, which is nearly impossible if you don't have a Chinese phone number or speak Mandarin. "Great hotel just 20 minutes walk to Forbidden City or Tiananmen square, and very close to the metro. The staff spoke good English and were really helpful "

"Concierge Robin was kind enough to upgrade our room and provided complementary late checkout. Hotel was tidy, the only issue was that the 8th floor smelled heavily like cigarettes. This should be looked into as it affects those that are asthmatic (like my sister and I) and suffer from migraines (like my sister) since the smell triggers the migraine. "

"Despite it is located in a Hutong and not that near to the 2 subway station, however the hotel make it all worth while. 1. There is FREE laundry service with dryer! 2.
