From the moment I drove up to The Nest, with lights shining through windows, I knew I had come across a special place. Opening the door and walking inside, it felt like home. It provided a welcome place of rest.The pictures don't do it justice. It is clean and decorated with beautiful pieces. I was still discovering things I hadn't really seen yet. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need. Rob and Cathy were great hosts from the very beginning answering all my questions and requests. Book The Nest! I can't wait to go back there sometime soon,

Einfach Perfekt

Eigentlich hätte ich bei Genauigkeit des Online Inserates nur ein Stern vergeben müssen denn es ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Es ist einfach traumhaft und super toll ausgestattet. Rob und Cathie sind super nette Leute. Wir wollten gar nicht nach Hause.

Amazing stay with friendly hosts

The Nest is a beautifully renovated barn with oodles of charm and very friendly hosts. It sits on its own little slice of land with plenty of privacy. The hammock in the small yard is a great place to stargaze and the view from the house makes even the mundane task of doing dishes a joyful experience as the sun sets over the mountains. The property was spotless, linens abundant, toiletries plenty, and storage space astounding. If you want to create intricate meals, the amount of cookware might be slightly disappointing but for simple vacation meals it works just fine. The location has easy highway access which makes it a breeze to explore nearby parks and beaches without the bustle of the city. The hosts live on the adjacent property so help, advice, and a good story are never too far away. We would not hesitate to stay there again and have already recommended it to friends and family. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful stay with our two young kids. The property is absolutely beautiful and all the finishes and furnishings in the home make for a really comfortable stay. The kids loved seeing the cows every morning. And the owners were so welcoming! Highly recommend!

Farm Stay

Our time at The Nest was beyond perfect. It has a very cool history to it which they share in the welcome booklet but the hosts were more than happy to fill us in on much more about it. Super kid friendly as Rob and Cathie left apples out each morning for my daughter to feed the cows. They welcomed us each morning with grapes and plums from their garden. The best grapes I have ever had. Super looking forward to our next stay with them.
