"Very cool building for a unique stay. I loved all of the fact boards that they posted throughout the hallways. I would say that the only negative was our room was next to a connecting room and you could hear the people in the other room pretty clearly. "

"This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!"

"To be honest, we were slightly nervous driving to the house, as the neighborhood to the north of the property appears to be a bit "rough". However, the house itself was surrounded by other (what appeared to be) rental houses. A short 3 block drive south and west took us into a much nicer neighborhood. We stayed for a bachelorette party, so we had 12 women. The house was perfect for sleeping 2-3 guests per room, each with our own bathroom. However, we only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth in most...

"The property looked wonderful, just like the pictures. There were two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent kitchen with nice appliances both large and small. Nice large kitchen island and stools. "We were only there for one night. We baby sat our 8wk old grandson while kids went to the Banana Ball Game. It was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen with a hodge podge of plates/pans etc. If you plan to cook a lot, it might be a challenge. No prep or serving containers. "

"I was so glad we chose your property over a hotel. It was a beautiful neighborhoo. We met one neighbor who was really nice. The inside was beautifully decorated, very clean, and even had extra suppliies if needed. The stairs are a workout, but who doesn't need some exercise. I would highly recommend.Julie"

"This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. A great house that brought back memories of when I was a kid. Plenty of room for each of three families to spread out and also great space for family meals and games. The house is close to everything to see in downtown KC. This VRBO has every amenity that you could ever need. Check-in was a breeze and we loved the easy process. If you are looking for a great experience in KC, this is the place for you and your family!!"

"Interesting older home and neighborhood to explore. Close to many attractions. Very dog friendly with small fenced yard. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay. We will book again when we return to KC"

"Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above...

"We stayed here for our mini vaca. It was perfect! The location was great for our plans. The house was the perfect size for all of us and was very comfortable! The hosts were wonderful! There was possible bad weather and they made sure we were aware and knew who to call if there was power outages! I would highly recommend staying in this house! "

"This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy."
