"Overall this was a very pleasant stay and experience. The best part was the very responsive and helpful host. The house was pleasant and had enough beds although I do recommend paying attention to the fact that the double bed room requires walking through someone else’s bedroom which was somewhat awkward for all adults. "It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up."

"We enjoyed our stay so close to the Tides Inn for the Taste of the Bay. Irvington is a quaint walkable town, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of fast paced locations."

"We absolutely loved this river cottage!! It had the perfect amount of space and everything we needed for a weekend away. We loved the proximity to Kilmarnock and Topping. The cottage itself had the most beautiful views. We enjoyed the charm of the home, featuring accents from the original cottage. Super cute! We would definitely stay again!"

"Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This property is an absolute delight and exactly as advertised. But wait, there's more. The house comes with fresh cut flowers, fine chocolates, popcorn and coffee. The views are amazing! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The screened porch is a delight and there is almost always a breeze. One of the unexpected joys of the stay was watching Shannon, the owner, walk her 3 geese to the river each day for a quick swim. So cute! The house is only 15 minutes from town but...

"Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. "
