Blissfully nestled on a sunny hillside, a 3-minute drive from the centre of Lamporecchio, the property lies within easy reach of Vinci and Montecatini (approximately 20 minutes\' drive), while Florence and Lucca are less than an hour away by car.

The main apartment has been divided into 4 separate apartments that share facilities with the annexe. Guests can relax in the expansive garden, make use of the BBQ, ping pong table and children\'s games or simply enjoy lazy afternoons basking around the panoramic swimming pool. There’s even a dedicated wine cellar. The annexe also benefits from a private garden where visitors can relax, dine alfresco and soak up the incredible views.

Inside the air-conditioned retreat, the kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a flatscreen satellite TV, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge freezer

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The air-conditioned 1st bedroom enjoys direct access to the garden and is furnished with a double bed, a Smart satellite TV and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: The spacious 2nd bedroom is situated on a mezzanine floor and is furnished with twin joinable beds, a desk, a Smart satellite TV and a wardrobe. The attic is closed with sliding panels and overlooks the kitchen.

Bathrooms

Bathroom: The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

Cleaning: €50 per stay, payable at the time of booking;
Air conditioning: €10 per day, payable at the time of booking (1 June - 30 September)
Heating = €10 per day, payable at the time of booking (15 October - 15 April)
€200.00 security deposit by credit card is required. Any damages or extraordinary cleaning costs (such as uncollected rubbish, unwashed dishes, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit.

The property is located a 3-minute drive from the centre of the gorgeous Tuscan town of Lamporecchio, and is the ideal base for travellers who want a quiet rural base that’s close to major cultural sights. Visitors will find themselves surrounded by classic Tuscan scenery, rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves and cypress-lined lanes,

The closest restaurant is a 3-minute drive away, there are several supermarkets within a 5-minute drive, and every Friday there is a market selling local produce in Piazza Berni / Via Gramsci, Lamporecchio. The area is best known for Montalbano DOCG, a quality wine, and IGP Toscano extra virgin olive oil. For a taste of local culture and art, the charming city of Florence lies approximately 50 minutes away by car. Whilst Luca, known for its Renaissance walls and gardens, is a 40-minute drive from the property.

Other popular excursions include a trip to the elegant spa town of Montecatini Terme with thermal baths and a funicular to Montecatini Alto (a 25-minute drive) or a visit to Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, with its museums, historic towers, and beautiful countryside (a 10-15-minute drive). For beach days, the coast is approximately a 1-hour drive away.
