"This apartment was the perfect landing spot after a HOT day at the Missouri Juniors Rodeo. Having the small kitchen space with fridge and freezer allowed for cold snacks for day 2. Property was clean and had a great positive vibe. Off street parking made for easy unloading. "

"This house was large, tucked away in a nice area, with a detached garage that guests could use. It made charging the electric vehicle easy. The house was very clean and was not cluttered at all. They did not stock basic seasonings such as salt/pepper, sugar/Splenda for the coffee, or have anything but basic dishes/pots and pans. The property manager Jon was kind, caring, and attentive. He was prompt to respond, and easy to get a hold of. "

"The cabin lived up to all off our expectations. Check in was easy and the hosts went above and beyond what is required of them. Our car blew a coolant hose on the way to the cabin and was in the shop in Stockton until 3pm on our departure day. They graciously let us hang out until it was ready. They helped in too many ways to describe. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We saw no mouse droppings as written in previous reviews. "The studio apartment was decorated well. Fun colors, comfortable bed, arm chairs instead of a couch. Toiletries are provided and a fridge and microwave. The Host sent regular messages leading up to our stay to keep us well informed about what to expect. That being said, it is a loft apartment with angled ceilings. There is no closet and nowhere to hang clothing. There is also no iron or ironing board. The bathroom is set into the slanted ceiling, so if you are over 6ft tall you have to hunch...

"The cabin was absolutely beautiful, and secluded. Had a big front and back porch with porch swings, 2 firepits and so much more. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. We all left there feeling relaxed and nit wanting to leave. "

"Property was great.could use a bigger sign for the entrance to the cabin. And a little more room to back a boat or vehicle in thw carport. All in all was very pleasant stay thank so much we will be coming back...."

"What a lovely stay! Everyone has their own space. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Even had a stocked BBQ we used for our last night. Upstairs family room had videos and games to play and served as a huge gathering space. Host was amazing and answered every question I had within minutes. Very safe neighborhood within walking distance of stores. We came from California and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and time to meet our Joplin Missouri family. This home has an interesting...

"The house was lovely and had plenty of room for our group. TV was missing in the main room although pictures of the property included one. There was no Welcome book as indicated in my check in information, therefore we did not have check out instructions, we did our best. I had to reach out for check-in info and door key instead of it being supplied automatically. Minus these few details the stay was nice and would book again."
