"Our stay was wonderful! A great place for families with kids of all ages! They supply most all of your daily necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, shampoos, any kitchen item you can think of… Various coffee makers, crockpots, etc., they have pack ‘n plays, extra sheets, towels & beach towels(located in the pool bathroom). A huge gym, with assorted balls provided, game room, and a large, beautiful pool area and hot tub. The amenities are endless, but most of all, this is a space...

"This property was great. We were looking for something that was very much a "farm" feel and we got it! Cows with calves in the pasture, a very friendly dog and young kitties playing in the yard. The inside of the home was also perfect."

"We were in South Bend for a soccer game at Notre Dame Stadium (Celtic 4, Chelsea 1, C'mon the Hoops!). The location is perfect for any event on campus. A short walk/Uber to the campus and food/entertainment. The house is clean, the beds are comfy, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. "

"Old School Charm is located in a very quiet spot with a large yard. It is close to Three Oaks and South Bend (about 20 mins from each). We had a good time in Three Oaks. Breakfast at Viola was amazing! We toured the Journeyman Distillery and then had dinner at Staymakers sitting outside on the deck. "House was big enough for the entire family and the amenities were excellent for the kids activities. "

"The house is charming, with all the extra details to make it comfortable. I stayed four nights with my dog; thankfully they have central A/C because it was warm. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with a large walk in shower. If you have children there is a large clean basement made into a rec room for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you do have a pet the backyard has a 5 foot wood fence. The host, Leonardo, was very responsive and accommodating. I was extremely pleased with my stay. "

"I needed some time away from life, a patch of quiet ground and some solitude to really get re-grounded and recharged. I found it here. The host gave a friendly wave as I drove back to my little cottage. She was available as needed but left me to my own peace and quiet given that my stay went off without a hitch. "Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was a little tedious as we got in pretty late and the main elevator was broken (not the fault of the VRBO owner). Property manager was very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend. "
