"Took my husband here for his 50th birthday, the property is absolutely amazing and an excellent place to stay. Nice, cleans and secluded! Will definitely stay there again!! "

"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). "Nice quiet location with super access to the lake. Clean and neat. The snack basket awaiting us was a nice touch. We've marked this in our favorites for a future visit. Lack of wifi wasn't a problem since there is cell reception. "

"The house on the lake was perfect for our family. It was a quiet area to just relax and play in the water. The private dock was a good area to fish off of, or to just jump in and float around. This is definitely a place we want to visit again. "

"The whole trip was amazing. The caving is comfy and clean. You couldn’t ask for a better view! The privacy and serenity the property provided exceeded my expectations. Also great location only minutes away from little River Canyon where there is a beautiful water fall and a great swimming hole for the family to enjoy also. Only a few miles from Desoto falls another great waterfall close to the cabin. I can’t find one bad thing to say about this trip or cabin. The cabin was adequately supplied...

"4 ladies up for a caving and hiking week. The cabin was just fine for our needs. We really enjoyed looking at the old pictures on the porch of previous guests. The cabin has been upgraded at some point and was very comfortable and clean. "

"Before you book, this is an older cabin, so be aware and don’t judge it for being older. It’s cozy and comfortable. Of course it needs some fixing here and there, but what doesn’t? Mainly the bathroom, but it functions as it should. The air conditioning works very well!! The cabin is right on the water. If you have a boat trailer it’s harder to maneuver in and out of the driveway, but it can be done. There’s a washer and dryer if needed. Plus internet and all the different apps for...

"I stayed at this rental with 5 other guy's for our annual fishing trip. Out of 8 years this was hands down the best place we've ever stayed. Great house, awesome views Lakeside and very close to town. Absolutely top notch....."

"Husband & I stayed for a long weekend. Location was close to stores, had everything we needed & many boat launches. Although we didnt have our boat this weekend, it wouldn't have been an issue. Covered boat parking with power/lights. Cabin is on a busy hwy, road noise was loud during the day. Easy to find & easy/fast communication with owners. Would rent here again but only a cabin towards the back. Glad we stayed, thanks for having us!"
