"Overall we had a really good stay and would stay again. The only issues we had were about some of the amenities. The pool table was one of the reasons we picked this house over others but it was unusable. A cheap table, poorly put together and not level at all. It was impossible to play a game. The hot tub was nice but the first time 2 of us got in it, it overflowed and immediately shut off. We went underneath the deck the next day to see what happened. It was plugged into an extension cord and...

"Open airy home with A/C and plenty of beds for 14 adults and children. Great location on a back bay just above Tsasdi’s. Two mile drive to the market and 3 miles to the public launch ramp. Very clean and comfortable! Includes a pool, spa, grill, pool table and easy walking to the lakeshore. Great communication with the owners and very accommodating. Paddle boarding and fishing in the bay was so peaceful. We’ll definitely return next year. "

"Perfect place for big group of 16. We have rented this place twice now and have had a great time both stays! Has everything for a big grout of guys or a few families. Everything is just nice enough to not worry about breaking something. Pool is too cold for October though. A heated pool would make the place even better. We will probably be back a some point."

"Property was spacious and as advertised. Pool was a swamp and uncovered. We were not planning on swimming but this was a potential hazard for our young children. Kids got hot tub folliculitis because hot tub was not very clean. House was pretty rough around the edges (ie carpet stains everywhere, fake wood floor panels with gaps and soft spots, exposed light bulbs with no covers, pool table in disrepair etc...). The third full day of our stay a lawn service was present for most of the sun lit...

"The location of the house was awesome. We could walk to our boat at Sugarloaf. We cook, and the kitchen had every item we needed plus more. We really appreciated the space. Great place to gather family."

"The property was very nice and clean. We loved our stay! We did the Shasta Caverns, Burney Falls, and Lassen National park. This was a nice home base to come back to. "

"Very clean, very nice property!! Had everything you could want all the amenities!! Coffemaker, hot pot, grinder. Whole bean coffee, teas. Lots of games, nice patio area!! Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again! Sadly did not have time for the pool :( "
