"Great property! We were a group of around 10 adults and 3 kids doing a "friends reunion" here. The location is ideal: it's a 5 minute walk to a park and the edge of the lake and a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area. We really liked the back patio area for hanging out, in addition to the main living room/kitchen.The house was generally clean and suited our needs well. "Property is clean & well kept. Host is on site, polite & quick to respond. Camper is in their driveway (not a campground). Privacy isn't an issue.The lake is 2 to 3 blocks from the property.The factory mattresses were the biggest disappointment. "

"Check in was super easy! House was cleaned and looked just like the picture. Beds were super comfortable. The house was very roomy and warming. The upper deck was nice and the view of the lake was beautiful! We brought our pontoon boat and docked it at their pier and that made it more fun! "Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. "We had a great time! Jeff was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our group. While the property is beautiful, folks should know you cannot swim at the dock. We did rent a pontoon which provided lots of swimming opportunity and fun! Thanks again for a great stay!"

"We stayed for 5 days for a Navy Graduation. This is close to the naval base. We rented a car, which made getting around easy. The house is super clean. The beds are comfortable. A big dining table that fit all of us-5 adults and a baby. It was great to have a play pen for the baby available. The host answered any message quickly and politely.
