"The hotel is clean and was located very close to everything I needed. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff was great. My check in was delayed over an hour because my suites toilet was messed up so they had to find me another room. But the staff was friendly and let me work out i the fitness center while I waited"

"What a beautiful place! We had such an awesome stay. The hosts were awesome and the homemade breakfasts were delicious. The other guests that we talked to were repeat customers and if we ever happen to be in this area we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This place is so clean, so well taken care of, and very comfortable. The staff is AMAZING, friendly, so helpful. Everyone was so nice to my kids. The breakfast is awesome and so well stocked! The pool also great. Beds comfortable. Definitely the one to choose. "

"Stayed with my 2 little ones and felt so lucky to find such a clean comfortable place to stay. Owners are so welcoming and have it loaded with extras upon entering room with snacks and waters. Everything is spotless. In the morning they have a coffee bar with muffins and oatmeal. Highly recommend. "

"It’s an older smaller building with charm right in the heart of downtown Syracuse. A few steps from Over the Cuse Deli that has an amazing chopped cheese you should try and many other great food spots in walking distance. My room had everything I needed and was comfortable with a great view of the surrounding area.
