"Staff was nice. Parking was easy. Shopping nearby. Matience arrive quickly when toilet overflow. But was not happy at all when a live cockroach was found climbing up the bathroom wall. Bed was uncomfortable ."

"This hotel was an absolute disaster, and the entire experience left my girlfriend and me feeling grossed out, frustrated, and genuinely unsafe. "The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby always smelled good. The motel seems a little bit older, so there was wear and tear in some places. For instance, the tub and bathroom. It took quite awhile to get the hot water in our shower. There were places where water had gotten under the paint and it appeared those bubbles were sliced to drain. The pool was under remodel. "We arrived super late due to flight delays and the receptionist automatically extended our checkout time by 1 hr. Which really helpful to us"

"The property had just recently completed a complete renovation. The lobby, rooms, bar/restaurant were immaculate, well-furnished and well maintained. Some sections of the exterior were still being renovated (pool area). The American flag flying in front of the facility was beyond repair and should be replaced or at the least taken down."
