"Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard. "

"I only stayed over night. But I don't think I will come back because of their breakfast rules. I have to dogs that I travel with. And don't like the idea that we can't have breakfast in our room. So I had to spend more money for breakfast. It makes it easier for us to eat in our room because we have our dogs "

"My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels."

"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "Dont look at the mattresses, you wont like it. Dont look under thr mattress, that is where all the garbage goes. "
