Spacious Lake Home with Pool and Spa

Enjoy relaxing with family and friends in this lake getaway home just a short drive away from the lake. This home features convenience and space, taking away the worry of traveling with too many items needed to make your vacation comfortable.

This is a 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The master bedroom has a king bed a private bathroom and French doors leading to the backyard. The second bedroom features a queen bed with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a bathroom located across the hall. The living room is spacious providing plenty of space to sit down and enjoy a movie. There is a pool table located next to the living for additional entertainment. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed for cooking. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the home for those wanting to travel light or extended stays. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the pool and spa, BBQ, and lawn games. The spa has a heating feature, please message me for details and pricing. There is plenty of parking for those traveling with boats, jet skis, RV, or more room for vehicles. Please know that the garage is not accessible to guests. The home features and pool and spa; spa can be heated at an additional cost. Please reach out to us for details.

We are a short distance away from a community park, perfect for families with children, or adults wanting to enjoy some outdoor sports with friends. The Lake Havasu Marina is a short 10-minute drive from the house.

There are 4 cameras on the property for security reasons; two cameras overlooking the front yard (above the garage and the front window on the other end of the home), one camera located on the side of the garage by the back gate, and one inside of the garage. Please remember that the garage is off-limits to all guests.

Excellent place

Nice place to stay for a getaway! Close to everything in town. Owner was easy to work with and did allow us to check in early which nice since we were coming in from out of town. Nice pool to lounge around in too.

What can i say?? We absolutely enjoyed our 3 day stay at this home. Its located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, located just minutes from the Lake. We'll definitely be staying here again!!

Beautiful home, well kept, very friendly hosts, Lori and Gary were the best and very helpful, quiet neighborhood, saw lots of quail and a road runner. Spa was just what was needed after walking around the swap meet. Had fun learning to play pool at night, which I am very bad at. We'll be back you two.

Comfortable accommodations

The washer did not work and the dryer had a loose knob. Otherwise, everything was fine. We wish the washer could have been fixed while we were there. We enjoyed the spa. Thank you.
