SPECTACULAR 4-SEASON LAKEFRONT VIEWS! Relax in this spacious, beautifully appointed 2-level condo with cathedral ceilings. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your private balcony or in front of the stone fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. A gas grill on the balcony makes delicious meals simple.

Two large bedrooms on the main level each have their own full bath! One has a king bed, and the other a queen and a twin. The huge loft bedroom upstairs has a double bed, three twins, and includes a third full bath. The kids will love having their own space (which includes a foosball), and parents can easily monitor activity from the main level.

In Summer, spend a wonderful day with the family onsite at the lakefront pool and hot tub (kiddie pool, too!), or unwind there after a great time hiking, sightseeing or shopping. As our guests you will also enjoy seasonal access to the adjacent Boulder Lake Club with a 2nd pool, a lovely beach area for sunning and swimming, tennis, and more. Boat rentals are available at The Club in season including paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and electric pontoons. Excellent fishing can be had from these boats. For Winter, Big Boulder Ski resort is about1mile away, and a snow-lovers delight! Jack Frost Resort is less than 10 miles away. These two resorts are affiliated, so one lift ticket gets you access to both! Skiing at Camelback Resort is also just 25 minutes from your home base.

Spring and Fall are also great times to visit. Enjoy the vibrant Autumn colors. Breathe in the crisp mountain air and, perhaps, a hint of wood-smoke. In Spring, take in the explosion of green as new leaves and flowers emerge. Hike along the many scenic trails in the area including nearby Hickory Run State Park and Blakeslee Natural area. Several scenic waterfalls are just minutes away.

Shop til you drop at the Crossing Premium Outlet just 25 minutes from home.
The H2O indoor water park is less than 10 minutes away.
Split Rock Resort is only a 5 minute drive, and has an arcade, bowling alley, and one screen movie theater.
Bushkill Falls and Pocono Raceway are also great places to enjoy a day of fun.

Visit the charming town of Jim Thorpe just 15 miles away with its many restaurants, boutique shops, and sightseeing train rides. Something for everyone there!

A dad & kids ski weekend escape--me and my brother and our 4 kids. A perfect layout for us with a great loft with 4 beds and 2 ensuite bedrooms on the lower level. A beautiful view of the lake and a well-equipped condo, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to do it again. My kids walked back from the lift without an adult, it's maybe 1/2 a mile or less of a straight walk. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. Thanks to the owners!

Great property, very happy with experience. Didn't realize 3rd br was the loft but worked out great for kiddos. Recommend clearly articulating that and capacity- very happy with the place! Recommend for any family, amd will likely come back. Thanks!

It was a great property. Beware for stays in the cold weather as apparently the Nest Thermostat is either on a schedule or remotely turned down to 60 every night.. so awaking in super cold condo was not easy.

Stayed in July, had a wonderful stay, we came back to see the fall foliage. Everything was wonderful. If you are looking to relax and take in the scenery, this is the place.

Spacious penthouse is a perfect description of this condo; it has plenty of room with a cathedral ceiling, skylights, and is very clean and bright with a nice-sized kitchen. The decor is beautiful, and the view of the lake is just gorgeous. The neighborhood itself is very woodsy and quiet, and the neighbors were all very nice and helpful. Having access to the nearby lake club and all its amenities was very convenient, as it was only about 3/4 of a mile down the road. There were several excellent local restaurants that were all within a few miles. Do not miss Nick’s Lakehouse or Louie’s Prime, as well as Piggy’s and Terra Cottage for breakfast. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back! Highly recommend!

The property was inviting and spacious. The pool was a short walk and the balcony was a cozy place to enjoy your morning coffee. We were able to walk to the Boulder Lake Club where we enjoyed eating out and their amenities.

If you want to feel like you are at the beach this is the one. Brian, We had a great stay at your condo. We went over to the Bolder Lake Club for the day. There is a cost of $25 person, HOWEVER you paid the membership so we were able to get in free. That was huge cost savings. The condo had everything we needed from an umbrella to a chip clip 😂. Having the towels and bedding provided were great. We will definitely be back.

Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. It is spacious and bright and well laid-out. The kitchen is equipped very thoroughly, with very nice (and seemingly new) cookware, tools, dishes, glassware, cutlery, etc. We were grateful for your thoughtful little aides such as food storage containers and ziplock bags. The view of the lake is stunning... directly from the living area and from the balcony! We enjoyed the lovely new bedding and towels.The property around the lake is so peaceful! The swimming pools were a hit for our grandchildren (one right there at the condo and another a short walk to the Boulder Lake Club). So many kinds of boats can be rented, and we were delighted to try several of them. This was our best VRBO experience ever. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise!

The owner had purchased the property after we had made reservations with the previous owner. The new owner was very accommodating and allowed us to keep our reservations and stayed in contact to ensure everything would be good to go. The home itself was clean and had an amazing view of the lake. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent/lease from him again.
