4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home, located just steps from the lake in a beautiful gated community on the east side of the lake. The home has a wrap around deck off the main level, as well as a balcony off one of the rooms on the top floor. Lake views from nearly every seat in the house, including the laundry room! Ample parking (steep driveway to oversized flat pad).

Whole house is accessible, excluding two rooms, which I lock to keep my personal belongings.

I am best reached via text/call. I live in LA and frequent the lake when the house is not booked! Happy to make recommendations and interact via text during your stay, though!

As this is a private gated community, where some neighbors might be notable names/faces, please be respectful. In addition, this is not a party house. If you plan to throw a rager, do not book. Pups welcome, please keep on leash when outside and off the carpeted areas.
