"This was a very lovely property, floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful trees. Interior was as described, and very comfortable. The home was very well appointed, with high quality bedding and towels, kitchen supplies and Smart TVs and Amazon Alexa for music. Communication with Property Manager was prompt and the directions to the property and check-in/check-out instructions were straightforward. We enjoyed the deck our first night, but snow came in the next day, so we didn’t spend any...

"I have stayed in some beautiful places, but this home is just beyond. It is even more lovely than the pictures! Every bit of space is decorated so intentionally and with such style, yet it is breathable and does not feel cluttered. When they say pets are welcome, they're not kidding. They even provide dog bowls and a little dog bed, even though we'd brought our own! The place was spotless when we arrived, and as a family that is very sensitive to smells, I appreciated that the cleaning...

"My girlfriends and I decided to go away for the weekend to relax and reconnect and Chateau Bernina delivered. First of all, check in is seamless! I never met the owner and I had a question for Michael and he responded immediately..very impressive response!! The Chateau was clean and the home was equipped with essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were all comfy. The jets for the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work, but the indoor jacuzzi and sauna...

"My family and I spent the weekend at this beautiful A frame and absolutely loved it! The interior design is modern but very inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub, great record selection, and the family room downstairs. The house is also not too far from some restaurants and a grocery store making it easy to run out quick and grab something."

"Very nice house and was just like the pictures. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because the house cleaners didn’t take the trash from the previous guests and they didn’t restock the house with sufficient paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with standard utensils like a whisk, baking sheet pans, etc. Otherwise, the house was just like it was pictured, lots of space and customer service was great!"

"This older home is tucked away in some winding neighborhood roads while still being plenty close to town. Navigating everything to the upstairs main floor can be a bit tricky with a cooler, but it's worth it for the views, cozy living room, well stocked kitchen, and main bedroom. The beds were firm and comfortable. The couches were great. The easy chair does have a back that wants to lean so be careful there. The kitchen has a Keurig and a coffee maker, which was helpful and we found everything...

"My family loved everything about our stay. The fireplace and patio (with a wonderful view of the pines) where some of the most frequented spaces in the home. The bedrooms comfortable and the bathrooms were well designed. The kitchen was stocked with spices, detergent, paper towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We cooked everyday and found the ease of it pleasing. We found the facilities to be modern with a timeless charm. The proximity to Lake Arrowhead Village was also a major highlight....

"Our stay was amazing! The place is exactly as described and the host Jon was so communicative, we had everything we needed well before arrival. The beds are super comfortable, multiple areas to hang out around the house. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this spot for a group of friends or a couple of families."

"This is a clean and modern house with 3 levels and 4 bedrooms. Very easy access to the Village. The narrow road is a little confusing to get to so follow the directions they send you…. Google maps will get you lost. I stayed here with my small family and in-laws, including a 72 year old and a 5 and 16 year old.
