"when the time we arrive, our next room was in construction, the painting smell caused us can't use the balcony. The hotel offering us the deluxe room with the pool but we didn't want to pack all the things back to luggage so we refused, instead they gave us a free meal. "Very much enjoyed our stay at the elements. Staff are friendly and attentive. Facilities are wonderful - steam room was out of action but plenty more to keep us occupied. Over the road from the beach which has some beautiful views. There are bikes available to get around which is handy. Room was spotless. Shuttle service available to Ao Nang but is slightly limited. That said, we had no problem getting around with Bolt/Grab."
