"The house was a great size that accommodated our family of 7 adults, 3 children and a baby. We were attending a family event in Canberra. The heating was marvellous and made the house snug. There was plenty of things like toilet rolls, soap dishwashing liquid and tablets. Parking was great and plenty of room in the house for us all including a backyard with a small trampoline for the kids. "Host was always responsive with any questions I had. Quiet little house with all the comforts for an overnight stay. However local cafe closes at 2pm so if you want dinner in your room get something you can heat up in the microwave. "

"We had a great time despite the weather being rainy and windy. Kathleen and Ken were so welcoming and made sure we were looked after and even showed us the animals in the rain. On arrival they had the heater on so the place was toasty which was so inviting. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, it has beautiful views and is very neat. The animals were lovely and getting to feed them was the absolute highlight!"

"Our stay in a Tiny Home on Lea and her family’s property was lovely. The place was small but had everything we needed, and had the most glorious views. Waking up to sheep grazing and birds chirping was entirely restorative. The location gave us ready access to the local areas of Yass and Murrumbateman, with plenty to do (and eat and drink!) Lea was friendly, communicative and hospitable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"Beautiful views and most accomodating hosts. Was more spacious than expected. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxation getaway, it was perfect!"

"we chose to stay in the Yass Valley region because of its proximity to Canberra and Young. Yass Farmhouse was ideal. Great Location, clean roomy and quiet. A very well appointed property and will go back again"
