"This was the second time we have stayed at this location, and we loved it as much as the first time! It is a great location, easy walk to campus, and plenty of room for all in the house. All the provided amenities make it feel like a home away from home. The only suggestion is to include an iron and an ironing board for future guests. Go Cougs!"

"Great owners and property. No issues while staying, but owners always answered messages promptly. Parking right next to entrance, spacious one bedroom with nice living area and kitchen, and bed was very comfortable. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful town house. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable!Loved all the decor, beautiful bedding and personal note card!I can recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway and would stay again in the future!"

"Super cute and very clean older home, great location with comfortable furniture and beds.The house did get a little warm (it was 90) thakfully the house has a ceiling fan in master room and ac window unit and portable fans for the rooms.Will definitely book this location again for our next family trip to Pullman."

Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman."

"The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. I would suggest the property manager create a map that helps guests know where to park and where the actual apartment is. Also, the...

"Brandon is the best host ever! He made us feel right at home. From the treats and goodies to the personalized welcome letter - it was awesome and little things like that make a huge difference! The place was way cheaper than staying at a hotel and it was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and a few minutes away from everything. Check out was super low key. We will definitely come back the nest time we are up in Pullman! Thanks again!"

"We had an amazing time at Coug’s Den it was warm and cozy and perfect for my family and our stay. Especially, Nicole was very prompt with her response when I had questions. We highly recommend the Coug’s Den for any future stay. Thank you again we appreciate you accommodating us! :)"

We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. "The house was perfect for our group of three couples visiting the SE Washington area. Easily walkable to the main town area, but also within a hour drive to Walla Walla wine country, Palouse Falls and hiking. The living room is huge and having the pool table downstairs was great for entertainment.
