"We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment more inviting than the photos would indicate. And its features--in the bathroom and kitchen--were state of the art. We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. I would suggest the property manager create a map that helps guests know where to park and where the actual apartment is. Also, the...

"We had the most wonderful stay for WSU Fall Family Weekend. This was the perfect place to stay, truly a home away from home. The host thought of everything and the home was so warm and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a great night’s sleep. The views of the campus and the rolling hills of the Palouse were an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Had what we needed, not a lot more. Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman."

"The house was perfect for our group of three couples visiting the SE Washington area. Easily walkable to the main town area, but also within a hour drive to Walla Walla wine country, Palouse Falls and hiking. "I am writing this on behalf of my 20 year old son who spent a long weekend in Colfax with a friend photographing the area. The owner was extremely friendly and easy to work with before the trip. My son said he actually did not meet her in person while there but it was very easy to check in, they had everything they needed including a toothbrush and toothpaste (he forgot his at home). He said the property was definitely family friendly and the neighbourhood was very “interesting”. "
