"Staying at this property was everything we were looking for. We laid my parents’ to rest at the veterans cemetery this past weekend and to be able to find a home that would accommodate our large multigenerational family’s needs was amazing! The home is beautifully appointed with large bedrooms that all have their own bathroom. The space was everything we were looking for and more! Patrick the property manager is very friendly, professional and very prompt with replies to any inquiries we had....

"I stayed at Cedar Lodge while at ski races at Gunstock. I was by myself and the condo was perfect for me. The snacks and bottled water were a nice touch. It was a great visit.Thank You,Bruce"

We drove into Meridith and did some shopping …what a cute little town with everything! Great help from the hosts with some instructions on the tv! "The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine. "

"We stayed there for Laconia weekend 2024. 4 couples were very comfortable. The street up to a certain part to get to location is paved then dirt. The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. Home could use some maintenance but overall nice. The location was quiet and secluded. Only downfall with the location for us is distance not walkable to get to weirs strip which we...

"Everything went fine. The check-in process was totally on me. And the only thing was I took it as it was a 2 bedroom, which it ended up being totally fine. I guess if need be the couch pulled out. But it ended up just being 2 of us staying there, so it was all perfect, thanks so much."

"Our family was delighted to find this beautiful house to use as home-base while in Laconia for a Celebration of Life. Family members came from the East and West Coast and in between. It was important to have a large enough space that we could all gather together to visit and eat, but also have space enough for folks to have time for themselves as needed. The Main Event was a perfect fit! The home was immaculate and well-maintained. The common area rooms are spacious and have lots of seating...

"The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back"

"We stayed here for a Gunstock ski trip and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked, clean..we had everything we needed and more. Darryl was super helpful and communicative. When I had questions, he responded immediately. The location was great for skiing but would be great for a summer trip too. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. "

"This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. "
