"My son and I stayed at the beautiful Tracy sur Mer in Bayeux France recently. It's illustration as a charming little gite describes it perfectly. The cottage was so cute and cozy. It offered two bedrooms which was perfect for us. The property was lush and well kept with a lovely little garden in the back to relax after a full day. Our host Christine was absolutely amazing. "Beautiful house in a stunning location. Close to all the D day landing beaches and museums and the Bayeux tapestry. Port en Bessin is a lovely town with some great restaurants and shops within minutes walking from the house. Parking was no problem and we even managed to get our large car into the garage, just. "Geraldine's apartment is very modern and airy - the furnishings are new and very comfortable. Large and well-stocked kitchen, with all the appliances you could wish for. Bathroom is also modern and clean. The two bedrooms offer good separation, and roomy closets and other storage. We had been traveling before we arrived, and we especially appreciated the washer/dryer. Geraldine was in touch with us before we arrived, and was there to greet us. "Die Presbytère Normand ist ein wunderschönes altes Anwesen mit großer Ausstrahlung und noch größerem Obstgarten. Es wurde erkennbar vor einiger Zeit restauriert und renoviert, ohne den Charme des Gemäuers zu verletzen. Das Haus kann 13 Menschen gut beherbergen, dann muss man sich über die Nutzung der beiden Bäder abstimmen.Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Xavier ist ein aufmerksamer und kommunikativer Gastgeber, der stets per Mail erreichbar ist. Das einzige, was wir ein wenig vermisst...

"Enjoyed our stay in the small restored former bakery of this historic manor farm (chateau). Everything was as advertised and we had the best nights sleep in the most comfortable bed.The host Christophe,whilst not intrusive, was very helpful,allowed us to store our rental bikes in another part of the building and recommended the pleasant riverside walk into the centre of Bayeaux.Overall a very enjoyable stay."
