House needs some love from the owners and attention to detail.

The house is very dated.Many lights bulbs out throughout.Paid an extra 100 per day to heat pool. would not hold temp and the schedule kept turning the heat off. Was total waste.Shower heads were leaky corroded.Ceiling leak in guest bath in casitaBehind the night stands quite dirty. Discovered when trying to charge phones.Home generally didn't feel clean, maybe due to age of home, furnishings and rugs.Flowers on the property were not as shown in photos.Chase lounge cushions outside torn/ripped.Beds, bedding and pillows were good.We were expecting better than Holiday Inn or mid market hotel chain experience for the spent. The beds, bedding and pillows were good.

Boys trip to La Quinta

Everything was excellent! We were all really pleased with the location, the house and pool and all the amenities!! Karen was super sweet and helpful and responsive every step of the way! It was all just like it was described in the listing! 5 Stars!!

This house was great. Looked even better than the pictures. Karen and her team were outstanding. The 8 of us played golf everyday and had plenty of luxurious things to keep us occupied while relaxing.

Perfection

I have a lot of experience with La Quinta and PGA West having rented houses,staying at the resort and friends who live there but this house was special. Was everything we wanted and needed. Additionally, management was caring and responsive. 5 stars all around

Family Vacation

We had the best time at the property. The space could not have been more ideal. Room for everyone and very clean. Great water pressure in the bathrooms. The pool was a great temp and clean. There are multiple fridges which is great for keeping beverages and water cold. The gate people for the neighborhood are very strict. Make sure that you put every guest on the list. The neighborhood is quiet and the golf course view is stunning. My family and I will be going back to visit this property again!

3 Week Snowbird Vacation

We traveled from wet and cold Seattle to spend 3 weeks in this home in February. Our adult kids flew in one weekend and my in-laws flew in for a weekend visit as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The things this house did well for us: amazing outdoor pool area with plenty of patio furniture (morning coffee in the hot tub was THE BEST), a cozy family tv space for watching movies, a well stocked kitchen and pantry, plenty of bedrooms each with their own bathroom and smart tv, a lovely walkable neighborhood. When the house was built in it's day it was top-notch but it is a bit dated. The owners have done a good job of keeping it feeling fresh. The property management team was very communicative and responsive although we had no issues.

Gorgeous and spacious Luxury home!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my grandmas 85th birthday. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom which gave everyone their own space. Only hiccup we encountered was the code for the door was incorrect however the management company resolved the challenge within 10 minutes. The property itself is beautiful, the community is safe and so well manicured and we would love to stay here again in the future!

Celebrating the New Yr. With family

Our 5 yr. old grandchild summarized it best, “ This place is better than Disneyland, Carmel or Hawaii” . Our family of 8 adults and 5 children had a blast. The children spent many hours in the pool and walks in the neighborhood. The house is spacious which allows the children to have their own space. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Rental agent was responsive to our needs. All in all, this house is a good find with enough bedrooms (6) to accommodate our extended family.

Great place for a family

Outdoors, pool, hot tub, grill area, fire pit was all A+. The pool people were there cleaning everyday and we even had two Raccoons visit us our last night at the fire pit. Cleaning inside the house could be improved. Light bulbs out, blind in bedroom is broken. Big garage door needs to be looked at, works but needs service. Service from Karen and her people was A+ and a cake on my birthday was great. We will be back. Thanks for a great vacation

Spacious but needs updating.

The house itself was spacious but very old. We would find crickets (many dead) throughout the stay as well as roaches. I don’t think the cost is worth it. It was hard to enjoy the trip due to constant texts and calls from the managers.

Beautiful property - great family stay

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is amazing and huge! We had 11 people and felt like we were in a resort! Nice areas for game night and dining together. Pool is great, on call managers were delightful, friendly and accommodating. 7 minutes to groceries, dining and other necessities. Don’t let summer keep you away from Palm Springs. Great stay!

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Fantasy Villa. The property is set up perfectly for a large family. In the main house all 4 bedrooms have private baths and are far enough away from the main living space that noise was not an issue at all. The casita has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths which our teenagers loved. The house manager during our stay, Robert, was amazing. He was very responsive to all our calls and questions. The house was fully stocked with all the basics (soap, trash bags, laundry soap, toilet paper, coffee supplies, cooking oils and spices, etc...), plenty of dishes & wine glasses for everyone, pool towels, etc. We stay in VRBOs a lot & often have to run to the local store to pick these items up. It was nice that everything was provided. Our stay was during a particularly HOT week so the 'warm' pool was not as refreshing as we hoped, but that is mother natures fault. We did use the outside grill, which worked perfectly as the gas is connected to the gas line and you aren't dependent on propane tanks. The kitchen fridge and ice machine worked wonderfully AND there was an additional fridge in the garage that we could store all our extra drinks in. Overall our stay was fantastic. This is by far the largest property we have ever stayed in, if we travel again with a group this large, we would definitely stay again.

Easter Vacation

We had 8 adults and 4 children under 12. The property and yard, including the pool are well designed for a large group. The property is well equipped; but is showing wear and tear from being rented. Outside of the wear and tear the only other issue was that their was a lot of deferred maintenance and items that needed to be fixed; light bulbs that needed to be replaced; door locks that didn’t work; blinds that were jammed; ie little things that you would expect to be maintained. Despite these issues we would rent this property again.

A Perfect Holiday during COVID-19

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. Our host [Karen] was and is exceptional. Her communication, compassion, responsiveness, warmth and attention to detail are characteristics that she possesses that are second to none. Despite that stay-at-home order in CA in December 2020, this was a perfect vacation for our East Coast based family. The house is comfortable yet elegant. Spacious, yet intimate. And a perfect location relative to supermarkets, coffee shops, tourist attractions and more. Karen, thank you for an incredible time. With infinite memories. We cannot wait to see you and your homes soon!

Wonderful property!

Great property!! A few things in the house did not work - dishwasher, the heater for one of the outdoor spas, part of the outdoor grill, the Sonos didn’t work inside the house. But the hose was spotless and the beds were so comfortable!! Great experience all around!
