Villa Mica - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

Detached villa of 110 square meters surrounded by thick vegetation that directly overlooks the sea. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 double beds. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with stereo, wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, safe and private parking. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. Villa Mica inside is arranged on two slightly sloped levels. The large new eat-in kitchen with panoramic views of the island of Caprera allows you to prepare an excellent breakfast while enjoying the first rays of the sunrise. Inside, American fridge, induction stove, oven and microwave. On the large central peninsula you can use all modern and functional appliances. USB sockets to follow your video recipes with your tablet. Air conditioning and glass cabinet with numerous wine tasting glasses. There is also a water purifier. The beating heart of the house, for unforgettable dinners to be enjoyed on a terrace at the water's edge.
The living room has two large armchairs and a very comfortable genuine leather sofa. In front, a large Smart TV with which you can enjoy your subscriptions through the most popular apps. A Hi-Fi stereo with Bluetooth and CD/Radio player. Everyone goes crazy for the possibility of listening to their own compilations by connecting their smartphone at sunset. The two large windows bring the sea into the house. The small private bay frames the entire living room. There is also an extendable table but almost one hundred percent, you will always have lunch on the terrace. Although there's no need for air conditioning, you'll find the air conditioner ready to cool you down in an ultra-quiet way.
There are 4 bedrooms (three double and one with two single beds) all with a window that overlooks either the garden or the sea front, to the north and east. Here too, convenient USB sockets for your relaxation and wardrobes to better organize your clothes. Each room also has a digital safe. Independent air conditioning. You can't wait to be lulled by the next generation, soft and enveloping mattresses.
There are 3 bathrooms. In particular, we would like to point out the larger one with a panoramic shower. A large granite rock emerges behind the shower and, together with the internal lights, envelops you for a relaxing moment while watching the sea. Even the sanitary ware here is designer, spherical and unique. While the central bathroom, between the rooms, is a turquoise color typical of the Costa Meralda with the precious Sardinian Ceramics. The third bathroom is located in the room, with shower and sink, a useful room for those who need even more privacy. Villa Mica is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Behind it and on the west side, there is a large pine forest with hammocks. The second sundress is located to the east in front of the Island of Caprera with a breathtaking view.

Only if strictly necessary, upon direct request provided at least one day in advance and subject to availability, it is possible to leave luggage directly inside the apartment, before check-in, while the cleaning service is in progress, for an additional cost of 100.00 EUR in cash on site.
