"A 10 minute or so walk to the beach. And many restaurants and stores nearby. It was clean and private."

"We had a great stay at Paula's place. The location could not be beat - could hear the ocean from our open windows! And also walk to neighborhood restaurants, local market, and great coffee. Would I call it "first class accommodations"? Not exactly. Upholstered furniture is a little worn, mattresses & linens were not the most comfortable, at least one bedroom lacked a/c, etc. But it was a really good value for the money, Paula was a communicative and kind host, and I would book again."

"We had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne after one of our walks into town. Great location to get to the La Jolla cove and great restaurants...a list of which was provided by Yvonne and Eric. We enjoyed our escape for the heat in the central valley!"

"We had a wonderful family gathering at this awesome home. We loved the gorgeous views, fun pool, theatre room, al fresco dining, and sunset pickball games on the rooftop. So many places to gather in this well equipped, lovely home! Grandpa especially enjoyed shuttling family members into La Jolla village on the golf cart. "

"A beautiful spot, Francesca was so welcoming and we can’t wait to stay again!"

"We do a trip and gather for a big dinner a few times a year. We seen this estate and this was the location where we wanted to enjoy. House was perfect for all of the different age kids and. Adults. Location closed to many beach’s and restaurants. Over all amazing time and the host was the best I have had on the VRBO app. So I would recommend this location to anyone that asked. "

"Beautiful property located across the street from a beach access point- walking distance to a few restaurants, our VERY favorite Italian restaurant Piatti - EXCELLENT!! We mostly used Lyft to get around. Kitchen well stocked- Keurig machine. No ice maker- ice trays. Pool is large hot tub with jets- very great!! Very relaxing and private. Beach is nice walk from one end to the other. Comfortable beds- no chest of drawers for clothes- just hang them up- plenty of hangers. Toe-locks on sliding...
