"Selfishly I would love to gate-keep this property because it is a literal dream. Everything in the interior was immaculate, the exterior somehow even more so. "The host couldn’t have been nicer to communicate with, the self check-in was a breeze. The RV was set on a pretty piece of property that was mostly private. Large covered patio with comfortable chairs supplied. The inside was welcoming, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. We hope to visit for our anniversary next year. Oh, we even saw a white peacock which was very special and felt magical. "

"Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...
