"The service is exceptional. Elio will help you with scheduling water taxis and other services. Great restaurant recommendations. There is no food in the hotel. The property is located in the center of Venice in a great location. The room is very clean and beautiful. The room was smaller than anticipated after viewing the photos. The room had a small bathroom with a shower, no tub and a small closet."

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. We will find a reason to return...if there were more than 5 stars to give we would give them!"

"The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size."

"We appreciated the warm welcome we received complete with 2 glasses of Prosecco. In fact the staff was always welcoming throughout our 3 day stay in Venice. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent offering a wide range of everything you would expect and more. They even brewed made to order cappuccinos. The location along one of the smaller canals was perfect in terms of proximity to major squares, restaurants and churches. One of our lasting memories...
