"If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! Elena was the most wonderful hostess, providing many recommendations, of which every one was spot on! The breakfast was out of this world - better than any place we’ve ever stayed. "Stayed for 2 days in May. Lovely place with friendly staff. Mickelo was very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed having breakfast with guests. The hotel restaurant is very good and just below the hotel. Rooms are huge and unique with beautiful art work on the walls and gorgeous ceilings. Right in the heart of town. You fall asleep to the sounds of bells. Would recommend for those that want a city experience."

"Great location in typical Tuscany countryside landscape. Well appointed facilities."

"Right off the main piazza, renovated, clean, AC, and I upgraded to a room with amazing views. Parking was down a bit further, but in reserved space, so I felt safe leaving the car and didn't need it while I stayed a few days in Montepulciano. Hotel common areas are quite lovely and unique and I learned "Riccio" is hedgehog, so then understood the predominant presence of these cute creatures throughout. I would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Bellissima esperienza in questo hotel con Spa a Chianciano terme !! Tutto veramente perfetto , a partire dalla colazione , buonissima e abbondante con tantissime torte fatte in casa. Attenzione al dettaglio da parte degli albergatori. Spa eccezionale! Lo consiglio vivamente anche per la posizione strategica di Chianciano terme per la visita di altri punti di interesse. "Beautiful area and accommodations. Had difficult time with abruptness of lead staff woman as she seemed always in a hurry and slightly irritated. Perhaps just a very busy day. Also noise from roadway was unfortunate. All in all a lovely stay."
