"Our stay was amazing—from when we first checked in and were “welcomed home,” to the recommendations for restaurants, to having our shopping items delivered to the hotel—the service was exceptional. We had one upgraded room and one basic room, would definitely get the upgraded room (because we WILL be staying here on future Paris trips!) Det kändes mer som ett 4.5-stjärnigt, än typiskt 4-stjärnigt hotell. Utmärkt rum, skön säng, täta gardiner, bra wifi. Det enda missödet var roomservice-maten inte var bra, men de tog bort den från notan när vi checkade ut. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks!"
