Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Didn’t have access to hot water or heat in the room for a day weds of my week there
The small closet had mold in it and had a terrible smell of “wetness”. The cleaning person made so much noise cleaning the other rooms, forgetting we were on vacation woke up late and were also dealing with the time change so instead of sleeping in quietness we were often awaken by the stupid vacuum with the long rubber hose that would constantly slam against the walls and doors ….The shower doors didn’t fully close n lock so excessive water came out into the bathroom floor when we showered causing me to slip and hurt my arm… the breakfast… ugh just one of the worst stays in my many visits to Paris I would never stay here again
They charged me for that weds were we had no hot water and we had to miss a
Paid event because we couldn’t take a shower to get ready that day was also a cold miserable day a hot shower would have helped so we stayed in, the manager said no you were able to “rest” and said she wasn’t a magician when I asked her if the water issue would be resolved in that day because I was in the verge of changing hotels ….terrible experience !
