"Location is the "saving grace", it's perfect, and the owner is an ok guy. However, the hotel is a construction site.. nowhere near finished with the (re-) construction. The lobby area is horrible, dirty and dusty due to this, and it's not possible to socialise with other guests or friends there. ..."
