They only deal with the customers through WhatsApp or other means of digital communication. But once you accept this fact then you will understand how they operate. The property is newly renovated and location is great. The staff is really helpful even it is remote communication. I have a wonderful stay. "

"The property was nice; nice location, nearby everything. The only thing i can say negative about the about the area (not the actual property) is that it is loud at night. There is a pub right infront of the property and the party can be crazy. Otherwise, it was amazing stay."

"My family and I loved this place. Highly recommend. And the staff was very attentive. They gave us fresh sheets and toilet paper every 3-4 days. It’s the perfect location if you want to be central to dining out or clubs or historical buildings/sites. Would definitely stay here again in the future:)"

"Our stay at U Kapra was fantastic! The room/suite was situated right in the heart of Old Town Prague, allowing my son and so to explore the city with ease. While the doors to the building opened directly onto the bustling streets and shops, the room itself was extremely quiet at night. Hotel staff were very communicative throughout, even providing various options for transportation from the airport. This will be our go-to site for any trips to Prague moving forward. Highly recommend!"
