The studio is completed by 1 bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. A small kitchen with a bar area is integrated into the space, offering a practical and well-appointed setup. Direct access from the living area leads out to a south-facing terrace of 10 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and providing a pleasant outdoor extension to the studio.
