Host was amazing and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and he met us early to let us in, show us the unit, and go over some tips for the area. His suggestions were great. Views from our unit were amazing and the walk down to the water was so short.

Great value for family of five visiting Kotor. Spacious apartment with two balconies with spectacular views. Host was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. Even brought us coffee on one morning. One room is not air conditioned which was the only downside. Close to market, bakery, beaches, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience in this place. Radonja was waiting for me when I arrived and he was very kind, providing insights about the area as well as offering coffee and palačinke. The place was very clean and well equipped, and it's not far from the old town. I would definitely recommend this place.

The check-in process was a breeze, and the owner Radonja, was very helpful getting me settled in. The room was very clean, as well as outside on my private patio. The location is very close to bay in Kotor. I would absolutely refer this property. I hope to return to Montenegro one day.

Jättetrivsamt & fräscht boende vid Kotor-bukten. Stort, rymligt, bekvämt & rent. Terrass med fantastisk utsikt mot bukten! Enda minus var att sängen var ngt hård. Otroligt trevlig & hjälpsam värd som gav superbra tips om restauranger & utflykter i området. Boendet rekommenderas varmt!

Lovely property with great balconies and views. Spacious and clean. Beautiful area and perfect location for walking to Kotor Old Town. Central for other attractions with car. We cannot fault the attention and care to us shown by our host. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Best beach we found was at Morinj but lots nearby.

Amazing place 10/10! Super friendly hosts. They really care about the guests and would go out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable and welcoming. Very useful information was given to us as soon as we arrived and they would prepare coffees in the morning according to your schedule. The hosts put a lot of heart and soul into operating the place. Everything is close by; dining, beach and the old town. It’s definitely a gem hidden in the busy city of Kotor!

Our stay at Apartment Olive near Kotor was nothing short of exceptional. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything you could possibly need, making it easy to explore and enjoy the beauty of the area without any hassle. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire stay, and they went above and beyond by providing excellent information about the local area, helping us make the most of our time there. The apartment itself was immaculate in every way—spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the view. It was simply breathtaking and is something that will stay with us for a very long time. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating our son’s 18th birthday, and Apartment Olive provided the perfect setting to make the occasion truly special. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone looking to stay near Kotor—it’s a place we would happily return to again.

We loved the Olive Apts! It’s a perfect location, close enough to the activity, but removed from the chaos in the heart of the tourist zone. The apartment was beautiful and Rodelia was super helpful during a very difficult time that came about from a crime that happened to us. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Kotor!!

AMAZING!! The host, Radohia (and his lovely mother) were so kind and helpful. Very polite, very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to provide valuable information on sightseeing and dining, as well as coming to the rescue when needed. The apaprtment lacked for nothing and it was very clean and well located to walk to favored destinations. I travel the world, and I was extremely impressed. Highly, highly recommended!

Vi havde en super fin lille lejlighed med alt, som man skulle bruge. Der var en lille terrasse ude foran med et bord og nogle stole, hvor man kunne sidde. Værterne tilbød os kaffe om morgenen og lavede pandekager til os den sidste nat. Super søde værter som også gav os gode anbefalinger. Ville klart komme tilbage

Super Location Das Haus liegt fussläufig zu Kotor an der wunderschönen Promenade .Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben Tips für die Umgebung . Wir bekamen Süßigkeiten Kaffee und Pfannkuchen . Der Parkplatz ist sehr sicher . Apartment was so clean and nice and the view from the balcony was amazing. Everything worked well and we have nothing to complain about. Had a wonderful stay at Apartments Olive! My unit had a dedicated parking lot which was a lifesaver given the parking situation in Dobrota. Our hosts were really kind and warm and facilitated the check in and check out process smoothly. They even recommended activities and food places, I can’t thank them enough. The unit was spacious and clean! The fridge came with a few complimentary drinks too. Only minor complaint is that the mattress was too soft. It’s about a 20 min or so walk to the Kotor along the Bay and there are restaurants and a grocery store along the way.

Fantastic stay. From start to finish we had a lovely time, Radonja was a great host and always on hand to offer advice, pointing out the local things to do and places to visit. The spotless apartment has a wonderful sea view with amazing views down to Kotor old town. A 30 minute level stroll along the seafront past many bars and restaurants takes you down to the UNESCO old town with perfectly preserved old buildings and stunning city walls oozing history. A special mention for Radonja's parents who were an absolute delight, even popping in with coffee and pancakes on a couple of occasions. Recommended!!

Familie på fire bodde her en uke og hadde et flott opphold. Leiligheten er stor, i god stand og var svært ren. Romslig balkong med flott utsikt mot Kotor by og bukten. Vertene var veldig hyggelige og oppmerksomme. Enkel og god kommunikasjon. Fin spasertur inn til byen langs vannet. Kort vei til bakeri, butikk, apotek og ikke minst lokal strand der vi badet hver dag. Kan absolutt anbefales!
