"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. "

"This was a well-equiped hotel. I loved the kitchenette complete with dishes/cups/fridge/stove/microwave The shower was great! I was worried about it being next to a hospital, but it was very quiet. I will stay here again next time I am in Brussels."

"We had a wonderful stay at this place. We were traveling as a family and this place was perfect. We had a two story room which gave us enough room to spread out. Room was clean, and so was the bathroom. There was a grocery store very nearby to get few items of daily use. They had few dishes and an everything you need in a kitchen which was perfect to heat and eat our leftovers. The town center was close by and we found it was nice to walk back to the hotel after a heavy dinner. Great place if...

"I had often heard that the area around Gare du Midi was unsafe and dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised. While some parts just outside the train station weren’t very clean and had a number of homeless people sleeping there, the streets near our hotel as well as the metro and train stations were nice and felt fine. "The owner is very nice. The room is so clean and big and we did not expect that we have kitchenette and of course the beautiful view we have when looking at the window. "Good location, a few minutes walk from the center, and from the Train station. Rooms have nice high ceilings, very comfortable beds, fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. Very comfortable. No front desk or key, access is by code for the front door and room… still getting used to that set up. No issues, good experience. "
